I will provide more details later but the short version is that they did not do what they said they would do, didn’t disclose a time limit on a damage claim, and ultimately are telling me I can’t get back my $750+ dollars for the damage their logistics company created. I will keep you all updated as I am elevating this issue within UPS. In the meantime, please know there is a 60 day damage claim window and that they don’t do what they say they will do please take things into your own hands much as I am doing now to get this resolved.

My item was already in a poly bag so when I didn’t put my return in “another poly bag,” I had to deal with a rude, older lady giving me attitude about it. Don’t forget to double bag your items or you’ll get yelled at!! Edit to add: As I said before, my item was already in a clear poly bag. Why would I put it into “another” clear poly bag?? There was nothing to explain other than why I have to double bag my item? That’s what doesn’t make sense.
