    Do not ever use this location for shipping services. Very rude, unhelpful and deceiving customer service. Worst experience at any fed ex location or any business, ever. Avoid this location.

    Jimmy has helped me twice, and keeps me going to the Schrock rd facility. Couldn't ask for better customer care than he provides! He is friendly, efficient, and truly cares about his job and customers! Thank you!

    I had an excellent first-time printing experience at this FedEx location. I needed a reprint of a poster I mistakenly ordered too small. The manager was very quick to help me understand my mistake and quickly issued a refund. Turnaround time was before the expected pickup time and communication was prompt. I highly recommend this location for all your printing needs.
