- LLLindsayOct 10, 20231.0One star because zero isn’t an option. This is the worst post office. Rude staff. Mail and packages are always jammed to the max in the mailbox. Most of the time damaging the contents of the packages because they don’t fit! Some days we don’t even get mail even though our Informed Delivery states we have things scheduled for delivery. The list could go on and on.

I ship products for my small business weekly to occassionally daily depending on sales, and have had 10+ packages go missing over the years. One envelope arrived to my customer opened but missing the product. I have had others never make it to their destination entirely. I have had certified mail that were addressed to me and they never bothered to attempt to drop them off, just left a slip in the mailbox and never attempted to deliver again. I was home at the time of the written attempted drop off and they never even bothered to knock or ring the bell-- I would have heard it too because my office is right by the door. The lady at the desk in the post office is unfriendly if you go in. Overall, I would give 0 stars if I could. Now I just go to Ashland to ship. Haven't had any problems after driving 20+ miles out of my way to send out my mail and packages.
