  PrideStaffing resolved my long standing issue of finding a job. I relocated almost a year ago and was unable to find consistent work for such a long time. My dream is to drive forklift and I just wasn’t finding the company that would hold and appreciate my hard work and effort. I am extremely grateful to have the opportunity to work with them. I was also given an alternative option before I started my first day to make a little earnings doing an online job which helped aide me in my time of need. All of the staff were welcoming , very patient and very serious about finding the perfect fit for me. Thank you to Andrew especially for taking me seriously about my driving passions and finding me the perfect fit. Big thank to Valerie for assisting me through the process as well ! 🤍✨🫂🙏🏽

  Pride Staffing is a great temp service to get a job not one that will just find employment for a couple weeks. They will find you a great job that you will be able to get hired onto. One of the best temp servers I work with before five stars I give them

  Staff are not so bad it was pretty convenient getting work however majority of jobs only start off at 15ish a hour an with the way the economy an everything is inflating it is really hard to survive off of $15 an hour even $16 an hour, especially when you pay market rent. I guess this is why a lot of people start then quit because of the pay. I started a job that started of 17ish a hour pride staff only gave the employee 15 a hour surly isn’t far.

  Jeff and John are terrific owners and truly represent what great leadership should look like. They’ve created an environment that is supportive, professional, and genuinely people-focused. They always go above and beyond and they genuinely care about their employees. Andrew, the staffing consultant, and the rest of the team are amazing to work with. They are attentive, responsive, and truly take the time to understand what you’re looking for. You can tell they really care about helping people succeed. I’m very grateful for my experience with PrideStaff West Chester and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for opportunities or support in their job search.

  Very helpful staff!!! Smiling faces greeted me as I walked in, and I had an interview within a day of signing up. Valarie was especially amazing in helping me find a job quickly that fit my skills and availability. I definitely recommend the great folks at Pride Staffing!
