  The two women who helped me today were so kind. One saw me coming with my large return and opened the door for me. The other went above and beyond to get my return completed. Both friendly and sweet, with smiling faces! A refreshing interaction amid a frustrating situation. Thank you, ladies!

  Never had a problem before but today the woman who helped me tried to charge me $9 plus taxes for bubbles for a very small box since she refused to take it (even though i said the company send them to us like that). Then tried to sell me a bigger package for it. I went to my car, added FREE bubbles from a personal amazon package and she finally took it. A couple hours before sent the exactly same stuff and not a problem (a guy with tattoos was very helpful the first time).
