Nadine is truly a people person and she knows she is assisting those (me) who aren't familiar with all of the requirements for shipping packages on a regular basis. Nadine is truly one UPS’s most valuable resources!

Arrived safely a day before they said it would be there. Not many places out there that still do what they say they will, with a smile. Never been treated so well. Great job to everyone involved.
