  My experience at Pride Staff was amazing. The environment was professional, comfortable and welcoming. The process was smooth and easy going. You can see the passion and can tell that they actually care about what they do. The staff as a whole was wonderful but I personally want to thank Jordan Culligan.   I wanted to share feedback about an experience that honestly didn’t sit right with me. My cousin recently arrived in the U.S. and is legally authorized to work. He’s very motivated and ready to start working, but he primarily speaks French while continuing to learn English. When we came in for assistance, we were told there wasn’t anything that could be done because of the language barrier. What was frustrating is that I’ve personally seen situations where applicants who primarily speak Spanish were able to move forward with translation support or other accommodations. So being told there were no options in this situation felt inconsistent and discouraging. As someone who works in HR at another staffing company, I understand there are always processes and requirements to follow. However, equitable access and consistent application of support for candidates with limited English proficiency are important parts of inclusive hiring practices. When support appears to vary depending on the applicant, it naturally raises concerns about fairness and consistency. I’m sharing this in hopes that leadership will review internal processes and ensure a more inclusive, culturally competent approach so that all applicants have a fair opportunity to access employment.

  My overall experience with Pride Staff is that they are amazing 👏!!! Karina has been such a huge help in finding me the right job that best fits me, and so far it's going amazing, the job that I was placed at is an amazing facility and the people there are awesome, but the whole team at pride staff are hard amazing workers and I appreciate all the help they gave me.

  Hello my name is amere shannon and I am a current pridestaff employee I started the process of getting hired through pridestaff about a month ago here we are now I have a job paying 19 dollars a hour then 20 once I get fully hired on all because of pridestaff and my 5 star recruiter Andrew he keep me updated throughout the whole process while also making me feel welcomed into the pridestaff family even with me being here for a short amount of time.All in all I am very thankful for pridestaff.
