    10 minutes before closing and there’s only one associate and seven customers waiting inside. At least everyone is wearing a mask.

    I was really nice to the store manager but still he started shouting at me for letting him know that he ripped off the second strip of the reusable envelop.

    On October 31st, 2018 I decided to purchase a set of headphones. Since then i have had several people tell me that they could not hear me when i spoke to them. I had the original packaging , the set of undamaged headphones along with the transaction date and log in my checking account from my phone- so i thought-- hey this should be easy since all i wanted to do was to exchange for another set- assuming that perhaps this was a isolated situation. When i went to the store- the lady at the store stated that she could not help me since i didnt have the store receipt. Lesson here- these people are not about conducting business in a honorable fashion - when clearly the type of headset- the date and the authenticity of the transaction really isnt up for question. There isnt a scratch on the product- My recommendation is to consider other places to do business - All over $17.11, but certainly i am glad to learn about the philosophy of the company as a whole.
