I check my tracking yesterday to see it is held there and telling me to pick it up and im busy so i go the next morning only for them to tell me they sent it back to Cincinnati and my tracking no longer tells me where it is. Lady in pink was nice and trying to help but lady in floral was so rude to us. I just want my package and now its gods know where
