A USPS worker hit my car in my driveway, was caught by one of my cameras and sped off. Upon showing this locations Post Master he denied all responsibility and ignored any of my calls after initially promising to get my car fixed and taken care of. I filed a police report which did nothing because it was on my private property. Insurance couldn't get a hold of the Post Master so after several months they dropped my claim.

I had an issue with a package and luckily the post master was able to hold my package, he was very kind and friendly over the phone. The man running the front desk was completely the opposite. He was very condescending and treated me like I had no clue what I was doing. He also acted like the issue with my package was my fault and that the issue was on purpose. The issue had never happened to me and I have no clue how it happened. I felt like a MASSIVE burden to him and it was all because he had to do his job and take 15 seconds (literally) to find my package that was being held there. I will drive out of my way to go to a different post office from now on, anything to not have to deal with him again.

Horrible! I ordered a package and paid for 3 day shipping. It was supposed to be here yesterday (Tuesday) and said it was out for delivery. At 7pm I checked the shipping status and it said I had to go to the office to pick up my package. Well today (Wednesday), I went to pick up my package and the gentleman couldn't find my package and said it was probably a "stop the clock event". The status hadn't been changed so who would have known. After looking up online what that "technical term" meant I've come to the conclusion that this location is more concerned about looking good on paper than actually doing their job of delivering things on time. Come on! Get it together!
