- TETodd EDec 12, 20255.0Great post office. I'm in there a few times a week. Phil is the postmaster. He's very professional and always has time to talk to you. I've seen him delivering mail around town some days. I've even seen him working to fix a curb outside the post office building. The office is always clean and organized. I appreciate the clerk at the front desk too: she is always friendly and helpful.

Upon showing this locations Post Master he denied all responsibility and ignored any of my calls after initially promising to get my car fixed and taken care of. I filed a police report which did nothing because it was on my private property. Insurance couldn't get a hold of the Post Master so after several months they dropped my claim.

Under her name, there was a forwarding address. Instead of looking at the first name, they looked at the last name and sent my package to the forwarding address. I went into the post office after finding out on my package tracking that my package was delivered to another address. I explained the situation and asked what they could do to get my package. The short bald man that I'm assuming was in charge, became irate! Said there was nothing he could do and that I was to get out of the office. I asked him for a corporate number to call because of how rude and unwilling he was to help me. Very rude service i was very disappointed!! Still with no answers on how ill be getting my package where ever it is.
