- EBErin BarrickmanNov 17, 20251.0I waited in line and when I got to counter the lady told me I had to change the the return to elm road and so I went to my car and changed them I was at the door b4 6pm and the shorter lady with the brown hair and black glasses wouldn’t let me come in to do my return even though it was NOT 6 yet but had other people in the store with the doors locked!!! This is not a way to treat customers if she would’ve said something b4 I went to change my returns I would’ve made sure I had enough time to get back in before it closed…oh yea I had time and she wouldn’t let me return!! Worst experience and so very embarrassing for 3 things that would’ve taken 30 seconds to return
