Came in for something simple and got treated with zero respect for something that small and ridiculous. Not to mention my mail never goes to the correct place. We get others mail constantly and I mean 20 different names atleast, and I’ve brought them in many times to stop it. Never has. Not planning to come here again by choice.

So many items on the menu, then you have to enter a tracking number and the stupid computer won't stop talking long enough for you to finish! Once I finally got all that accomplished, my wait time on the phone was 50 minutes. Really? All I wanted to know is why the package that was out for delivery TODAY wasn't delivered. The mail delivery person was more interested in smoking his cigarette beside the truck than he was delivering mail.
