They bent the mailer ripping it and breaking the casting which can never be replaced. Worthless people. Other damage and missed deliveries have been addressed and of course this happens. Careless workers.

Leave door open on mailbox and you receive wet mail or mail blown all over your yard, they stuff your packages in the mailbox to the point you have to bend your mailbox to get them out, Hit mailbox twice within 3 weeks now they won’t deceiver my mail bc they broke my door on mailbox. Poor work quality starting at the top. Would highly rescanned just getting a P.O. Box
