- CJcraig JFeb 23, 20261.0Let me just preface this by saying this is not an issue of the WADSWORTH usps but ALL of usps Tell me why I have to call your number and wait MINUTES for this robot woman to stop talking just to be put on hold for 30 mins. While I was on hold multiple people picked up the phone and hung up instantly, almost like to just stop the ringing. I gave up and hung up. AI answering services will be the downfall of any company, federal or not. Just something to think about.
