In the past they have : Lost meds sent through the mail (gave them tracking no etc and their response was "Sorry, don't you ever make mistakes?" Filed a report but never got a response. Never recieived entertainment contracts mailed from adjacent city. and lost engagements. And now, a package containing vacation photos was ripped open and taken. But they were sure to sent me the ripped envelope. These morons should lose their jobs. My only recourse is to avoid using them at all cost.
