Tried to get ahold of the FedEx Ship Center in Vandalia for them to send out a driver to pick it up and deliver it to the correct address. You don't get to talk to a real person. They keep transferring you to a robot. The robot continues to ask questions like what is my phone number so they can call and ask me questions. They're going to be sending a driver out to pick that package up when I'm at work. I'm not allowed to be bothered by phone calls of any kind when I'm at work! I've already contacted the company that shipped the item via Fedex, so maybe they will have better luck getting a lazy FedEx driver to pay attention to numbers and letters of an address that are 4 inches tall on the outside of the building! FedEx needs to tell the drivers not to put packages in front of somebody's front door so that they can't get in their door! I hurt myself moving a package aside that does not even belong to me!
