- SLSalena LaSalleFeb 13, 20261.0This is long.. so bear with me. I am extremely disappointed with the service we have received from FedEx over the past week. Two separate packages were delivered to the wrong address. This is not a minor inconvenience — it creates unnecessary stress and delays, and it raises serious concerns about reliability. In addition, drivers have repeatedly driven through our yard instead of using the driveway, causing damage to the property. They have also walked directly through a mulched flowerbed rather than taking a few extra steps to use the stairs to the front porch. This shows a lack of care and basic professionalism. To make matters worse, one Sunday night we received a delivery after 9:00 p.m., and we could clearly hear the driver yelling profanity from inside his truck while parked at our home. That behavior is completely unacceptable. These issues point to a serious lack of training, attention to detail, and respect for customers’ property. I expect delivery drivers to be able to read addresses accurately, operate their vehicles responsibly, and conduct themselves professionally at all times.

Why not deliver later in the day for 2 missed attempts. My door tags and tracking numbers doesn't work on their automated call system either. Reaching the Indian call centers is impossible if their system can't even recognize the DT or TN they gave me. Absolutely ridiculous.
