There was no issue accessing my drop off area. Open street out front of my apartment building and mail is always delivered to the same open spot.

When I had called earlier to check the status the lady was very curt and snarky on the phone telling me that it wouldn’t get delivered until later, as if I was supposed to know my mail ( which is usually delivered around 2 pm) was supposed to be dropped off in the EVENING. Edit: (ongoing experience) after a moving, I changed my address. a month and a half after the address change, I was still getting my mail sent to previous addresses and not getting it forwarded. I went in to talk to someone about it to make sure that it actually went through. They went back and looked and said, "No you're good! There is a sticker that says we should be sending it to your new address". So, either someone was too lazy to change where they sent the mail or they were ignoring it because I wasn't getting any mail at my new address.
