- TJTas JacobsApr 13, 20261.0Over the past six months or so, there has been a noticeable decline in service. I’ve had multiple packages marked as “delivered,” but never made it to my box, including one that was suddenly located only after I mentioned filing a report. The new postmaster has been consistently unprofessional and lacks basic customer service skills. As a supposed resolution to the ongoing issues, she offered to allow me to install a mailbox at my home. That was four months ago, and she has yet to follow through or even come out to mark the placement.

Pretty sure she’s not supposed to do that and that the customer is supposed to select the option. Seems like malpractice to me. I would have selected the yellow face if it were up to me because she had an attitude!
