Pretty sure she’s not supposed to do that and that the customer is supposed to select the option. Seems like malpractice to me. I would have selected the yellow face if it were up to me because she had an attitude!

- ATabbie taylorJan 12, 20191.0I'm finally posting my review on here because I just recieved my diploma in the mail that CLEARLY SAYS DO NOT BEND on it and it comes completely bent, stuffed in my mailbox. It's the last straw! My tolerance is gone! We receive about 8 out of 10 packages this way. We've come into the office and complained on several occasions but nothing ever changes. We also frequently have mail lost, we're assuming because it gets delivered to the wrong address as we often get incorrect mail in our mailbox. (We either hand deliver or stick it back in our mailbox. I can't speak for anyone else.) This is unacceptable! I understand mistakes once in a while, but this happens on a weekly basis for YEARS! Quality control is non-existent here. We even had a christmas package get delivered to the wrong address this year! Luckily they knew a family member of ours and it made its way back to us. We're fed up, something needs to change! I wish I could post pictures to show how it was delivered.
