- MFMikey FalatokSep 23, 20251.0Unbelievable how disrespectful the “head” clerk is here comes out your neck the second you walk in the door. So much of lack of communication in this office, he tells me both conversations I had previously in there was heard by him in the office and they should have been resolved right then and there, now I make a third trip and he immediately jumps down my neck for not knowing what’s going on due to lack of communication on their end! Being told 3 different things by 3 different people! It’s so sad to see that my tax dollars pay for this guy to get paid. Just pure laziness… wouldn’t even come out behind his little desk the first two times I was in there! Very saddening and frustrating situation. The head guy can’t even communicate with his workers.
