- HSHeather SchinkerDec 3, 20251.0Tired of not getting my mail. And I can't just go and request another copy. I'm so tired of Troy post office not taking care of this appropriately. My carrier is great but his subs and the random people they put on my route are far from great.
- CSCheryl StewartSep 2, 20251.0Continual problems getting mail delivered correctly. Missing mail for us. We get our neighbors mail, Signed up for Informed Delivery but that hasn’t helped. Basically it’s just a way to see what mail you were supposed to get but didn’t get.

As for Tamala Burton the Post Master she is allowing her mail carriers to not do their jobs. The 1 employee lied to me and then he tried blaming the problem on another USPS. It used to mean something to be a USPS and an employee of a USPS.
