We consistently receive mail addressed to other individuals, which raises serious concerns about accuracy and quality control. At the same time, when we are expecting important documents or time-sensitive correspondence, those items frequently fail to arrive. This pattern has occurred numerous times and is becoming unacceptable. Additionally, delivery times are highly inconsistent from day to day, making the service unreliable and difficult to depend on. Reliable and accurate delivery is a basic expectation, especially when customers rely on your company for essential and legal correspondence. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed promptly and that corrective action be taken to ensure accurate delivery, accountability, and consistent service moving forward. Please investigate this issue and provide a response outlining the steps that will be taken to resolve it.
