I booked a new passport online appointment for 10AM. I got there on time, told the lady I has an appointment and she said that the person that does the passports, doesn't come in that early. Why have it available to book if no one is there to do it?! Don't go to the post office for you passport. I've had problems with the perrysburg office and the Maumee office. Skip the headache and go to the library.

Have not had mail since Saturday. Our mail person owes me so much mail including my SSI check for my son, rent statement you name it. I'm now 5days late on rent because of this person I have to have these things. The post office has not answered their phone in days I talked to one person yesterday who supposedly message the supervisor. Still haven't heard anything back and still no mail today.

extremely rude employee. the person who was being “helped” didn’t know what they were looking for and instead of trying to help they got very snippy with them when they could have explained the difference between purchasing a row of stamps versus a singular stamp. the customer seemed incredibly apologetic and uncomfortable. if you need help with mailing i would not recommend going to this location.
