Anytime I call it's an hour wait... exactly how I want to spend my day off... best part my "call back" got disconnected... now I have to wait another hour... all because the carrier marks my package as delivered to the right address... I sure don't have it... and at least 3 times a week I receive mail from the wrong address... do these guys even read? Isn't that a prerequisite?

The woman that answered the phone was combative, extremely rude and hung up on me when I asked for her name. Our tax dollars at work. 💩
