I understand running solo is hard and I have sympathy, but why would you run a fed ex store with just one person? It’s a fed ex store.

However today I emailed them to make copies for me. Which I do frequently. I had a typo (1 word misspelled)and the girl would not fix it for me. She wanted to charge me five dollars or told me to pay by the minute to use the computer. She was quite snippy about it also. Every other time I’ve been here, people go above and beyond to help you and make sure your copies are correct. All it takes is one bad experience to lose a customer. Not only was she unpleasant but made me feel uncomfortable. All over silly copies. Will not be returning.
