They pick and choose which houses to deliver to and if they don’t feel like delivering your mail, they won’t and you have to go pick it up. I paid for a package to be delivered on a certain day and they told me “oh well. Our deliveries are not guaranteed”. I have been having issues with them since February!

She can have a line and be nice and friendly and talkative to every person, and as soon as I come up I get a dirty look, not a word said to me, and she'll do anything she can to make me have to wait longer for her. When I first started coming here she was nice to me and my fiance who came in often to ship items we sell. We are convenient and easy to deal with because we only use qr codes for our packages. I've never once came in and caused an issue or even said anything that should warrant the attitude I'm getting from a clerk who's job is to serve people. If you can't keep your attitude to yourself get out from behind the counter instead of making people feel uncomfortable and like they did something wrong for NO REASON.
