I sent an email to USPS she called me the same day,was very polite, knowledgeable and even offered to look into the issue herself. I really appreciate a business that cares about their customers! I apologise for the previous unfair review. THIRD EDIT:Why is it so difficult for whomever delivers mail to the apartments at 6 Southard Ave. to knock on my door and hand it to me or leave the parcel at my door? I'm home every single day,all day yet I've never heard a knock at the door.The sad thing is the only company who properly delivers mail these days is Amazon Is it because I have a tiny apt sized mailbox and the mail delivery worker doesn't feel like walking up 3 flights of stairs to do their job? I've gotten two "Sorry we missed you! We RE deliver for you" postal forms so I'm going to attempt to get my package redelivered before my mail is sent back on 1/1/2021 if I had transportation I would've waisted my gas to do your job for you. Sorry to be so crass,but please get your act together or review the effort your postal workers put out. **I previously edited my two ⭐ review to a five ⭐ but I'm leaving it at 2 because of the overwhelming amount of mistakes the Central Station P.O on 235 N.Erie St.continues to make.
