I come to pick my package up, no one can find it. Then randomly I’m told it’s on redelivery...when asked “how is that possible? I scheduled for me to pick it up...” then presented my confirmation number along with my tracking info I was looked at like I offended the teller for having my part professionally covered. Also writing this review while in the parking lot. Shame.
