My package was supposed to be emailed via first class but guess what she did!! She made it for priority which is almost 30$ more different! When I told her about what she did. She was not respectful to me. Also, when l go there l did not want her to help me, but she was talking unprofessional way. I highly recommend you go to different location even it is far little bit. Must improve the service guy!

Anytime I call it's an hour wait... exactly how I want to spend my day off... best part my "call back" got disconnected... now I have to wait another hour... all because the carrier marks my package as delivered to the right address... I sure don't have it... and at least 3 times a week I receive mail from the wrong address... do these guys even read? Isn't that a prerequisite?
