I recently had a local move within Toledo, and there were a number of complications with my forward mail request, in part because I had just ordered a passport and didn't want it to get slowed down during mail forwarding. All the folks I interacted with here went above and beyond to help me with these complications. What I found especially impressive is how much they remembered about my situation each time I called or came in. It just showed that they actually cared and wanted to help. They were also just very friendly and cheerful. They made my move less stressful :-D
