- SJseth joesphFeb 16, 20261.0I thought I was the only one who felt this way but reading these reviews seems like I’m not the only one experiencing the customer service side of this location. The staff is extremely rude/unwelcoming here. Lazy/bothered attitudes. Not sure if something personal is going on with these staff members but smile and do your job especially when most interactions at the post office are less than 10 minutes.

- MMMKNov 10, 20251.0I would give it zero stars if I could. The worst service I have ever experienced at any Post Office location. The lady working there very rude and incompetent. Apparently there have been numerous complaints against her from other customers. It is incomprehensible that she still has a job there.
- RGRy GuyOct 26, 20125.0The people that work at this facility are outstanding, especially the middle-aged woman; I think that her name is Beth. I go here for all of my mailing needs. Way more reasonably-priced than UPS or Fedex. It also has a much more local feel and you feel way more like you're valued here as a customer, which is always a plus. I've heard rumors of this branch being shut down, but I sincerely hope not. I've been going here since I was a little boy, I don't want to go anywhere else. We love our post office in Point Place!!
