- NMNik MJan 16, 20261.0The staff there is lazy even the ones that has work there for years and it shows that they have gotten to comfortable. I’ve been coming in for 6 months straight to figure out an issue with my mail. No one goes above and beyond to achieve outstanding customer service for the post office nor the customer. The only time I’ve gotten somewhere Was when the supervisor was there, a lady very beautiful and looks passing. The front counter staff needs to be retrained on customer service issues. I’m very thankful for the supervisor that I just happened to catch. I am now receiving my mail after 6 months 🙌🏾 maybe she can train them again.

I don’t get my mail till 7:00 pm… I remember when mail would be delivered no later than 1:00-2:00pm this don’t make any sense!!!! Are the people delivering starting at like 10:00-11:00am instead of starting early, I am seriously getting tired of this….well when people decide to pay all their bills on line, and the post offices close, don’t wonder why!!!! EDIT: ok so now this is just OUT OF CONTROL!! So last month I NEVER received my Water Bill…. Come to find out it was delivered to a vacant house!! Maybe if the delivery was in the AM like it should be, the person that is delivering it could see the address on the mail and NOT put it in a mailbox where NOBODY lives!!! Thinking I need to make a call to the POSTMASTER GENERAL about this, none of this is making ANY KIND OF SENSE!!!!
