- RSRefuse to ACCEPT Lazy ServiceDec 19, 20251.0Why is mail being delivered so late??? I don’t get my mail till 7:00 pm… I remember when mail would be delivered no later than 1:00-2:00pm this don’t make any sense!!!! Are the people delivering starting at like 10:00-11:00am instead of starting early, I am seriously getting tired of this….well when people decide to pay all their bills on line, and the post offices close, don’t wonder why!!!! EDIT: ok so now this is just OUT OF CONTROL!! So last month I NEVER received my Water Bill…. Come to find out it was delivered to a vacant house!! Maybe if the delivery was in the AM like it should be, the person that is delivering it could see the address on the mail and NOT put it in a mailbox where NOBODY lives!!! Thinking I need to make a call to the POSTMASTER GENERAL about this, none of this is making ANY KIND OF SENSE!!!!
