Maybe 5 minutes and my turn. Next day I couldn't find the package in the tracking app. I called and could hear how busy they were. The receipt had a barcode that wasnt the right thing for me to scan. Staffperson figured it out and everything was fine. The whole experience was a model for the service industry, honestly.
