Friendly staff, clean store, more important no matter how long the line, they do not keep you waiting long. People will come from the back to clear the wait and that speaks volume for putting customers first! After posting my review I read quite a few of negative reviews and I honestly have to say something about others experiences. While I’m not validating or downplaying anyone’s negative experiences (as I’ve had my own negative experiences with various businesses) but please keep in mind that people have bad days and maybe instead of feeling like they are just horrible people they could’ve been forced to come to work while grieving, coming from or having to go to their Second or third job, had struggles with their vehicle/traffic/transportation, babysitter/daycare, they could be going through domestic situations at home or worried about loved ones including children being deported. I’m serious. Life is serious and short and if you don’t have to worry about ANY of these issues consider yourself very fortunate. I know the struggles of most the things listed and I’ve been forced to take a look at how I (re)view people and wouldn’t want to be a person to cost someone their job, any further hardship, or another struggle to their mental and emotional health. I’m not trying to sound mean… Life is short. Be kind. Love is rare these days so help it grow and be the reason someone smiles.

I am compelled to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service at this location, particularly regarding the treatment my African American foster son has received over the past year. He has been utilizing this facility to drop off packages for his e-commerce business, and unfortunately, this experience has been marred by consistent judgments from staff.
On February 16, 2026, my son encountered a particularly troubling incident. While he was preparing to drop off several packages, he was rudely confronted by an older Caucasian male employee regarding his place in line. It is important to note that there was a designated area for pre-labeled packages, and the other customers present were still handling their items. Given that my son was next in line, this interaction felt unwarranted and indicative of a larger issue, possibly rooted in bias or ego.
Such behavior is unacceptable, especially in an environment that should prioritize customer service and inclusivity. We believe this incident reflects a troubling pattern, and as such, we will be escalating this matter to corporate management. We seek accountability and resolution, and at this point, no apologies will suffice.
We hope to see improvements in staff training and customer relations to ensure that no other individuals face similar experiences in the future.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The staff was rude, impatient, and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. There was no professionalism, no courtesy, and no basic customer service skills. Questions were met with attitude instead of assistance, and the overall environment felt hostile and unwelcoming.
As a business owner, this was completely unacceptable. Customer service matters, and this location clearly doesn’t understand that. I will never be back again to ship out orders. I do not recommend this UPS office to anyone expecting respectful or competent service.
