    Update: the package was delivered a week late, but it arrived in good condition. Package dropped off on 12/27/2025 "cannot be tracked". Does that mean that it's still sitting at UPS Store 5460 (Toledo)? Did the employees eat my cookies?

    Systems down went to other UPS store systems were not down and said this store lied. This one employee is always saying systems are down and she needs to go because she is ruining your business and turning away customers.

    Every time I go to this UPS store for some odd reason every time I go, their QR scanner doesn't work I just went there today oh the QR scanners not working it's been down since Friday seems like it's been down for the entire year of 2025. You're supposed to be a business that is a return center for UPS and you can't even do that why are you even in business.

    Every time I come to this location, the line is practically out the door. That’s Christmas for ya, but you wouldn’t know it because the staff are clearly working steadfast and diligently while remaining patient and courteous. It’s simply hectic this time of year and they handle it very well. I hope customers treat them with respect and appreciation because they deserve it. Hats off to them and keep up the great work :)

    This location is the busiest location and they don’t care about their customers and the staff is nonexistent. The line be out the door and they charge for everything down to the tape on a box after they wait in line for more than 30 minutes plus. 2.99 for some tape is insane to close a box. They take advantage of their customers. I don’t know who owns this location but they are definitely money hungry and no matter how small it is the customer will be charged. The staff is horrible and nonexistent. This location needs a serious customer service training program to train to their staff and managers. They don’t strive to help their customers they don’t care it’s terrible.
