  Dave is a rockstar at this location Editing to add that this is one of the busiest locations in the West Toledo area. Anyone that comes to this location knows it’s the busiest location in the West Toledo area and could choose to travel to another location. All the staff at this location work quickly and efficiently to get you in and out with a receipt in hand all well doing it kindly with professionalism. I can’t imagine this is an easy job with the amount of Amazon returns that people come to this location with on a daily basis. Each team members work ethic should be acknowledge with high regard. And also to add that if you come in off hours, there’s maybe only one or two people in line it feels like common sense to say that if you’re coming. During rush-hour, there’s going to be more people waiting in line in a small store

  New staff needed for sure. The older man, who may need to look at retiring soon is very rude for sure. Snatched the package out of my hand and then thought he was about to proceed and drop the receipt so I can pick it up. Very much, not professional. Thanks for letting me know where not to come.

  15 people in the store hovering over one another while the lady at counter is letting a customer she’s been helping for 35 mins “guess the weight of her MULTIPLE packages” that she’s shipping. OMFG!!! This has got to be the worse UPS store I ever been to. Witnessed multiple people walk out including myself. Never in my life will I be back.
