  If you are looking to be employed internally here, I would not recommend it. I worked for this company as a Staffing Manager for almost a year and experienced several issues throughout my employment. When I applied in March 2025, the job posting stated the role was salaried at $43k plus commission, Monday through Friday. After accepting, I learned the position was actually hourly. Internal turnover was high. Before my 90-day probation period ended, two Staffing Managers left, leaving only myself and one other. Since then, several additional Staffing Managers were hired and left before my employment ended. Certain job duties were not disclosed in the job description, including serving as “Staffing Manager of the Day” (handling all incoming calls while maintaining recruiting and client responsibilities) and being placed on an on-call rotation. On-call duties required taking a company phone home for a week at a time to manage call-offs outside regular business hours, including weekends. These after-hours responsibilities were unpaid. The company does not have a Human Resources department. When concerns were raised, employees were discouraged from speaking up and warned about potential consequences. My employment was ended on February 2nd via text message from the Vice President, without explanation. Follow-up attempts to obtain a reason were not answered. When I retrieved my personal belongings, pages were missing from my personal planner that I had purchased myself. I was later told a statement explaining my termination would be drafted, but I was not given a reason verbally. I received my final pay documentation before receiving any explanation. Based on my experience, I do not recommend working for this business internally
