- JJJoyOct 2, 20201.0I was at this FedEx store last nite on Thursday. There were 2 people working One was a manager & a gentleman loading his van. I waited for quite sometime while the girl at the register was helping a customer who was trying to send an overnite out of the states. By the way she did not even end up sending this package go figure. I bet I was there over 20 mins. waiting By the time I got to the register I was told the last van just left & my package would not arrive until Sat or Monday. If I'm sending a package overnite I expect it there the next day! Instead of waiting on me the manager was doing everything else I would hope he would know if someone is looking to send an overnite & the last van is getting ready to leave that he would help out. Needless to say I went to UPS My package is to deliver 1st thing this morning I am very unhappy w/the service I received at FedEx & will use UPS from here on. Just got word that my package was received
- VDVictoria DunnSep 18, 20181.0I have been going to this location to print things for sometime. Every time I have been there the service has been great. However today I emailed them to make copies for me. Which I do frequently. I had a typo (1 word misspelled)and the girl would not fix it for me. She wanted to charge me five dollars or told me to pay by the minute to use the computer. She was quite snippy about it also. Every other time I’ve been here, people go above and beyond to help you and make sure your copies are correct. All it takes is one bad experience to lose a customer. Not only was she unpleasant but made me feel uncomfortable. All over silly copies. Will not be returning.
