  I really try not to complain, and there are a couple gentleman at this location that have been helpful to me in the past, which is why I'm still giving them 2 stars. However, today was really bad. I have had problems with packages since moving to Tipp, almost every package that comes to me through USPS I have to physically go track down myself. Today was way worse though. I ordered an expensive and custom/hand made gift for my daughter for her birthday that was coming from Canada. I had Canadian tracking, but once the package got to the states the updates were a little vague and confusing. I decided that if it didn't come today I would go ask someone if they could locate it (as I've had to do in the past). When I arrived at the post office and pulled the tracking back up, I was able to see a new update was added that said a recipient couldn't be located at address. After some back and forth at the front desk, I figured out that somehow the wrong zip code was used with my package and it was in Indiana currently. The lady at the desk was very unbothered by any of this and told me to just get a refund and that was her best advice or solution. Thankfully once I left I was able to find a good phone number for the post office in Indiana and the person that answered knew who I was right away. She has tried to correct the package once to be forwarded to me, but it came back to her again today. She agreed to just hold onto the package until I can drive the 2 1/2 hours tomorrow morning to come physically get it. I understand that the zip code issue is not on the Tipp post office lady, however her nonchalant response and failure to care at all or try to investigate it any further is really frustrating. She could have offered to attempt to contact the other post office or at least offered to put a note in the system. SOMETHING! Even after I expressed that this isn't something I can just refund she really couldn't have cared less about my problem. She was just ready to get me out the door. I'm very disappointed with the customer service I received from her.

  Just spoke with Julia at the Tipp City Post Office about a delivery. Phenomenonal service! Absolutely top notch! She was so helpful and incredibly friendly. She answered all my questions and gave me wonderful pertinent information regarding my package delivery. Thank You Julia!!! You are Awesome!!!
