I called in and asked about what the ETA would be for a package. The lady at the counter didnt even know what ETA stands for and did absolutely nothing to look into the status other than "Im seeing what you're seeing." I shouldn't have to explain to someone who works in a mail service what "estimated time of arrival" means.

They are friendly, helpful, and one of the most reliable USPS branches I have experienced.

I enjoy coming to this post office! The two clerks that work there are always helpful and can keep the line moving. Never have to wait long at all. Best post office around.

The new post master is not the best in customer service. The clerks are great and know most everyone by name. This guy is rude. We called a complaint to the main office and they were concerned that he is making up his own policies. Lived here all my life and never had any issues before this guy. 1 star for the post master, 5 for the clerks.

This office employs thieves and liars. Our carrier has stolen dozens of packages from us over the past year and a half. The office does nothing, and continues to let this guy work there. If you can have your packages sent elsewhere, DO SO.
