The lady at the counter didnt even know what ETA stands for and did absolutely nothing to look into the status other than "Im seeing what you're seeing." I shouldn't have to explain to someone who works in a mail service what "estimated time of arrival" means.

She said its not her at the post office thry are aorting it wrong. Then, we did not receive any mail for a week. Then we received 20 peices of mail at once. Now, doctors office called me to inform me post office returned their bill stating no post receptacle. I have always had a mailbox for the 5 years I have lived here. Comlletely unacceptable! We get the wrong mail every week! What do have to do get decent service? Wish they had a zero
