- TWTheresa WorkmanSep 9, 20255.0I've deliver about 2-3 packages a month and every time I go here I'm always welcomed by a staff worker, who are very helpful and patient with me and all my random questions. They are hardly ever busy so I'm always in and out within 5 minutes or less. They close for an hour everyday between 11:30-12:30. I'm assuming it's for their lunch. It would be nice if they stayed open later maybe one or two evenings during the week. But other than that I have no complaints about the post office. Keep up the good work!
- RRrhyme9timeFeb 13, 20235.0The postal office in my state goofed up on my box label because they weren't paying attention to the zip codes and it was delivered to some random stranger in plains Ohio. I had to contact plains ohio postal office and explain what had happened. they assured me the carrier would go retrieve my box from the random address it was delivered to and deliver it to the correct address. My post office tried to say I wrote the wrong zip code (I did not, the worker punched in the wrong zip code). Plains ohio helped me out and was very fast in correcting the error. I got news today from my friend that the box arrived this morning on his doorstep.thankyou guys so much for fixing my post office's mistake and making sure it was delivered to the right person!!! I really appreciate it truly! Thanks so much!!😊
