It is now Thursday, and instead of making another attempt, I’m being told I have to drive 45 minutes to pick it up myself. The notice left on my door was completely useless—no location, no instructions, nothing. If I wanted to pick up my order, I would’ve chosen in-store pickup. The entire point of delivery is for UPS to actually deliver. I called the 1-800 number and was promised a supervisor would contact me—that never happened. Authorizing customer pickup after a single failed attempt is lazy, unacceptable, and terrible customer service. Do better.
