- SWShelby WenzlaffJan 2, 20261.0I’d give it 0 if I would. We booked the night before for a passport service appt for our toddler, and the entire day was open and available for times. We ended up being 10 mins late. Arrived and apologized and the lady went in the back to ask the person who could do it what to do. She came back and said you have to schedule for another day. The lady was just sitting in the back and you’re telling me we have to come a whole separate day because of running 10 mins late? Never returning.
