She pressed the "smiley face" on the screen for customer service reviews. Aren't customers supposed to do that? She was also eating during the whole time. Don't they have lunch breaks?

Also, start checking addresses always getting the neighbors mail. And finally close the door on the mailbox all the way, our mail is always wet.
