Also, start checking addresses always getting the neighbors mail. And finally close the door on the mailbox all the way, our mail is always wet.

After the third time of dropping an item off here to be shipped out and having it delayed or ultimately lost, I am no longer using this site. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt twice. I dropped a very large package off in person into the cart in the main lobby and thought to myself, "there is no way there will be any issues with shipping an item like this. It will be impossible to mishandle." Well, I spoke too soon. I dropped the item off Wednesday October 8th before a week long vacation, and the tracking status STILL says "waiting for item to be dropped off" as of today, October 19th. Beyond disappointed with this USPS site, and I am a huge advocate for the USPS. This particular site needs a massive overhaul.

They don’t take any accountability whatsoever on lost and or returned packages. I’d rather ship/ work with UPS, than return to this USPS location ever again
