Avoid using this post office to ship ANYTHING. They will lose it. After the third time of dropping an item off here to be shipped out and having it delayed or ultimately lost, I am no longer using this site. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt twice. I dropped a very large package off in person into the cart in the main lobby and thought to myself, "there is no way there will be any issues with shipping an item like this. It will be impossible to mishandle." Well, I spoke too soon. I dropped the item off Wednesday October 8th before a week long vacation, and the tracking status STILL says "waiting for item to be dropped off" as of today, October 19th. Beyond disappointed with this USPS site, and I am a huge advocate for the USPS. This particular site needs a massive overhaul.

Such a horrible experience, i can’t stress it enough, Ive had multiple packages lost, and or never even delivered and returned to seller, when i called and even went here in person! They don’t take any accountability whatsoever on lost and or returned packages. I’d rather ship/ work with UPS, than return to this USPS location ever again

I am a business owner in Strongsville and have been doing business with the post office for 12 years. I shipped a package last month and dropped it at the post office. For 7 days I received notices that the USPS was awaiting the package from me. Wrong. It finally arrived at the destination 14 days late. To say I was treated rudely by Jennifer, who claims to have worked there for 10 years, would be an understatement. She treated me like a piece of dirt on her shoes. She lied to me, at one point she walked away and refused to serve me...until apparently she thought better of her decision and returned to yell at me some more. As a veteran and a successful local businessman and a citizen of the United States, I am appalled at the at the level of unprofessionalism and the slang speech this federal employee chose to throw my way. They made a grave error with my package and tried to tell me it was my fault for not taking it to the counter but rather dropping it into the outgoing package bin that IS USED FOR THAT SOLE PURPOSE so you do not have to stand in the long lines and take it to the counter. Such disgraceful service from a federal public employee should never be tolerated.
