Man, y'all's employees need better attitudes 😂 if you hate your job that much, go work somewhere else and stop taking your frustrations out on my packages (that happen to contain fragile items, not surprised some of my packages arrive to buyers completely beat up.) Learn to regulate your emotions like an adult.

I have been to this location plenty of times before with no issue but last night really ruined UPS as a whole for me. I went in to mail a package and there were a few people ahead of me and only one person assisting customers, two others were working on something in the back. A customer needed help with the copy machine and was clearly going to take some time. Instead of one of the other two jumping in to clear the line, they continued working on what they were doing, ignoring the growing line. After about five minutes, Heather finally started to help the line. When it was my turn she was clearly not wanting to deal with people and did not give off a great demeanor. After asking a bunch of questions, she asked for my ID. I have mailed things with UPS for years and have NEVER had to show my ID before. I did not have it with me and she pointed to something at the counter with hazardous materials, I was confused why she was pointing to this since my package contained none of that. Apparently there is something in small writing that says an ID is needed. If it is such a big deal and is going to prevent me from shipping out a package, it should be plastered on your front door. I hate wasting my time and that’s exactly what happened last night.

The other day I went into this location for something and then again today and both times had Claudia and each time she was very rude. Not just to me but other customers as well. Today when I walked in a stood to the side to not be on the way and started I had to look up my return label. She proceeded to say "when you figure yourself out let me know".
When I walked up to the counter she walked away and said I'll have to wait. She finally came back and didn't say a word. She scanned my phone and then printed the label out and handed me my tracking. I said have a nice day and she just turned around and walked away. Not sure what the issue was. The other day she was equally as rude.

I went to the Strongsville UPS store and Claudia waited on me. One person was a head of me when I got there. My package was ready to be mailed. The address was typed very neatly on the front in large font. It took her 15 minutes to type up a label for it. She had to see my drivers license. wanted my phone number and wanted to know what was inside. I don’t know why it took her so long to type up a simple label. I usually go to the USPS and they are very quick and they only ask if it’s perishable or fragile. They don’t ask me what is inside. By the time I left, there was about eight people behind me and they weren’t happy. I will not be back. Not to mention it cost $33.55 to mail a 2 pound box of nuts. The postage cost more than the nuts. Not happy with UPS.
