  I've been doing business with our local Staples for many years and have always been more than satisfied with the store and staff, all top notch. My latest visit was to return 2 mice (purchased in-store on my behalf by a relative (but not what I'd asked for)), pick up the mouse I'd ordered online, and to recycle the prior mouse (now sadly expired), which all went smoothly. But the next thing that Dee J. helped me with was above and beyond! Knowing that sometimes useable, but orphaned parts were recycled, I asked him, on a long shot, if it were possible that someone had dropped off an AC adaptor and power cord that might work for my Handycam. Sadly, the cart was empty. When I explained I'd been trying to find someone with a decent camera/smart phone to photograph my new glasses for warranty service, he stepped up, then emailed me the photo. What a lifesaver! Thanks so much!

  Do not drop off Amazon returns! They have been giving me bogus reasons for why it isn't showing as shipped yet. Now they say the handheld device they use crashes all the time. And he told me to come back to the store. I don't live near there, I assumed they could handle the task.

  Went there to drop off some cartridges and buy an office chair. Had a great selection and they were so helpful with everything. The guy who helped with chair went way above and beyond!

  Staples is my only option to drop off Amazon returns free of charge. I absolutely dread visiting the Streetsboro location to do so. The employees that work the Amazon counter make me feel like scum when I bring my items in. I always have my returns organized with QR codes ready to scan, easy in and out, I'm polite, yet those few minutes to scan maybe five items seems to be an extremely painful process for them. If you don't want to greet me that's fine, but the huffing and puffing is a bit much. I visit this location once a week tops, so I can only imagine with horror how they treat the more frequent Amazon drop off guests. On occasion I'll pay to drop off at a UPS store to avoid Staples negative vibe. No receipts are printed for drop offs here anymore either.
