She's so sincerely lied and said that they no longer send packages to Michigan or deal with shipping them as a final shipper yes they do whoever that was is a liar I can't tolerate workers that work for the USPS that do that because that is the local USPS that's in stow ohio so make a complaint to whoever it concerns which I'm going to do and besides it's holidays so USPS will be closed today and pick up tomorrow but they didn't want to be honest about that. I just can't stand dishonest employees or uninformed employees because they are uninformed or they did something to my packages which I believe that would be the most stupidest thing cuz it's a federal offense to mess with mail that don't belong to people.

We moved here from Detroit Michigan and it's embarrassing to say but Detroit mail system is 99.99% better than this location. I sell items on ebay and so far, one record package was destroyed, they know nothing about that when asked and now another package is missing. I go into this location with my tracking number that clearly shows my package is still at this location and it's been there for 7 business days. NO manager would come out to speak with me. The young man that tried to help was useless and told me it's been shipped yet he was unable to show me anything more than ths information I have. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location. The management is clearly inept. It's a sign of the times. Very sad and shameful too
