  This is one of the worst UPS Store locations I have ever been to. Just a few months ago, it was decent and had good employees who understood English and could actually help customers. Now, the staff can barely understand what you are asking, and simple requests take far longer than they should because of constant miscommunication. On top of that, the owner or manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. I used to read the negative reviews about the manager and wonder if they were exaggerated, but after my experience, I can say they are absolutely true. The service has gone downhill fast. It is disappointing because this store was acceptable not long ago. I would strongly recommend driving a few extra miles and going to a different UPS Store. I would have given zero stars if that were an option. With so many bad reviews, it is surprising that this location is still operating, and it makes you wonder why UPS has not addressed these issues.

  I have been using this UPS for many years and have always had a good experience with customer service, shipping, and Amazon returns. I’m hoping my review will help offset some of the negative reviews that most likely are customers who are people that always need something to complain about.

  Manager in this store is terrible, is not professional and will no longer come to this UPS again, Indian ran and smells horrible. Kent UPS is way better and way more professional they girls in their are super friendly and professional.
