  The employees at this store deserve a badge of honor. Because the customers are some of the most entitled rude people I've ever witnessed. Imagine not getting your way and then typing up a negative Google review on an individual just doing there job. Hats off to the employees at this location because you guys really go thru it and I appreciate y'all!!

  11-1-25, 10:25am. Completely unprofessional and miserable staff. Truly didn’t appreciate the tall curly haired lady telling the black man she would kill him dead in front of my 4 year old. It’s not a joke when you’re in the presence of SOMEONE ELSES child. I hope they find people who want to work, and have better customer service skills.

  Came in a little before closing and patiently waited in line. The employee rolled her eyes and spoke in a condescending tone, suggesting I could’ve used the self-scan drop-off so I wouldn’t have to wait. I’m fully aware of that option. My two boxes may have been small, but they contained over $1,500 worth of valuables. I’d rather have the peace of mind of a UPS employee scanning them and taking them to the back than leaving them in a self-service bin by the exit, which doesn’t feel secure at all. I understand it’s almost the holiday season and lines will only get longer, but I plan time out of my day for that, waiting in line included. A little professionalism and understanding would’ve gone a long way.

  PLEASE consider reserving one the self-serve scanners for people with pre-printed labels on packages ready to go. I am so tired of standing in lines for 20 minutes while people package up their endless pile of Amazon returns while fumbling with their phones not knowing what to do. Those self serve kiosks used to be such a nice service and has now turned into an enormous pain because of all of these people using the area to package up returns while trying to find the QR codes on their phones, meanwhile the rest of us could've been in and out in seconds.

  Terribly rude people working here. First the man behind the desk looked at me and my 6 year old and sighed loudly when we walked through the door. I tried to use self scanner and it said I could not, so a woman came to the desk and was snippy and rude when I asked if I could seal my package. She then loudly slapped the shipping label on it, which made it crinkle up and not adhere correctly. Then says "here" in a nasty tone and hands me my receipt. Neither of them said hello, can I help you, nothing. It's pretty bad when my 6 year old has more manners than the workers here. I'll go anywhere else next time.
