Truly didn’t appreciate the tall curly haired lady telling the black man she would kill him dead in front of my 4 year old. It’s not a joke when you’re in the presence of SOMEONE ELSES child. I hope they find people who want to work, and have better customer service skills.

The employee rolled her eyes and spoke in a condescending tone, suggesting I could’ve used the self-scan drop-off so I wouldn’t have to wait. I’m fully aware of that option. My two boxes may have been small, but they contained over $1,500 worth of valuables. I’d rather have the peace of mind of a UPS employee scanning them and taking them to the back than leaving them in a self-service bin by the exit, which doesn’t feel secure at all. I understand it’s almost the holiday season and lines will only get longer, but I plan time out of my day for that, waiting in line included. A little professionalism and understanding would’ve gone a long way.

I am so tired of standing in lines for 20 minutes while people package up their endless pile of Amazon returns while fumbling with their phones not knowing what to do. Those self serve kiosks used to be such a nice service and has now turned into an enormous pain because of all of these people using the area to package up returns while trying to find the QR codes on their phones, meanwhile the rest of us could've been in and out in seconds.
