- NHNicole HuffmanNov 26, 20251.0I live in Georgia and my children live in Springfield, Ohio. Every time I send a card to them it never arrives. That means missing checks and/or cash. If you want to send something and it has to go through the Springfield Post Office I was told by the post master, that I should pay for the tracking service. It has been 12 days since I mailed my granddaughter her birthday card and it still hasn't been delivered. This is a normal 3 -5 day delivery. I have complained about this over and overand nothing sends to get done. I should NOT have to pay anything additional for them to simply do their job.
