    Guy with dreads was very lazy. He said he couldn't take my 20lb boxes off the Fedex cart, because FedEx wouldn't let him, because of workers comp.

    This has to be the worst fedex/kinkos that I've ever visited. Except for one guy with a beard and glasses, the rest of the staff are indifferent, rude, and completely useless. Hard to believe that anyone would actually hire these people, let alone leave them to run this shop. I can only hope this place is shuttered soon, freeing-up the real estate for a decent coffee shop or maybe a Mexican restaurant.

    Hours say closes at 7. Show up at 6:05 and they are closed. Lazy workers

    Absolute terrible customer service. We were not given accurate information, and information that would have been helpful was withheld from us. The assist manager wasn't the least bit interested in helping resolve our issue. The whole Fed Ex system seems to need a major overhaul.
